Slow Tours Copenhagen offers only private guided tours and city walks. The price of a private guided tour with Slow Tours Copenhagen is determined by several factors:
- what is the duration of the tour
- how many people participate
- do you have special wishes for the content of the tour
- is transport needed
- etc. etc.
That is why you do not find fixed prices here. But fill in the booking queries form or write an email to booking@slowtourscopenhagen.dk and describe your wishes for a private guided tour or city walk. I will get back to you as soon as possible – usually within 24 hours. And when any questions are clarified you will receive a quotation for the tour.
Guided tours adjusted to your schedule
Slow Tours Copenhagen specializes in private tours for smaller groups – families, friends, colleagues, associations, company events or outings etc. But if you are a bigger gruoup we will make it out. Please note that if you are a big group you will be split into smaller groups and there will be ekstra guide(s) at an additional cost.
City walks and guided tours which are described on this website have the duration, length and start and end points indicated. These things can always be customized to fit your specific needs, desires and schedule, it’s one of the advantages of private tours. Just let me know what suits you.
Payment terms and cancellation policy
When you have booked a tour Slow Tours Copenhagen will email you an invoice which can be paid as a bank transfer. You can also receive your invoice via PayPal and pay the invoice with PayPal or with your international credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.). A fee of 6 % of the tour price is added to PayPal invoices.
Your tour booking is not confirmed until you have paid your invoice.
Slow Tours Copenhagen’s cancellation policy is:
If the booking is cancelled no later than 1 week prior to the planned tour the money will be refunded. But an administration fee of 10% of the tour price is deducted. If cancelled later than 1 week prior to the planned tour, or in case of a no show, the money will not be refunded.
